ABOUT CHEF ARTHUR
Born in the Carolinas and raised in my parent's foodservice businesses, I’ve been in the hospitality and food & beverage business “all my life”! I’m thankful for the work ethic and focus on customer satisfaction they instilled in me.
In high school I excelled in Culinary Arts courses where I discovered my love and passion for food and my talent for preparation and presentation. This led to an after-school job in a fine dining restaurant where I worked my way up from dishwasher to lead line cook.
After graduating I had the opportunity to travel to Yellowstone National Park where I worked at the Old Faithful Snow Lodge. Realizing I needed to see more of our country I continued to cook and travel to seasonal jobs in restaurants at resorts in Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, Cape Cod, Mackinac Island Michigan, Lake Taho California and the Florida Keys where I met my beautiful future wife from Argentina while working together at a resort restaurant. We continued to travel as I cooked my way up to Sous Chef and then Executive Chef.
Along the way I’ve had the pleasure of cooking for many amazing people and even a few celebrities including Jay-Z & Beyonce, Andre Agassi, Emeril Lagasse, Mario Batali, Kathy Lee Gifford, Arnold Palmer, Jack Black and the list goes on.
We decided to tie the knot and now we're the parents of an awesome daughter and enjoying life in the Florida Keys!
I cook from my heart and soul while creating all the dishes and using the skills and techniques I’ve acquired from my years of traveling. I especially enjoy sharing my talents in a more personal setting instead a of busy restaurant.
